Economic Empowerment

Economic empowerment is the process of providing individuals and communities with the resources they need to manage their financial lives. Having money is only one aspect of it; other factors include having the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to make prudent financial decisions.

Skill Training

  • Training is provided in wire bag making for women launching small enterprises

  • Stitching and tailoring as a means of making money and working for themselves

  • Skills in business management to assist women in operating profitable businesses

  • Computer courses for interested youth to improve digital skills and job readiness

Financial Services

  • To help women start or expand small enterprises, we offer interest-free microloans.

  • We offer in-depth financial literacy training to empower individuals with the essential skills to manage their finances confidently. Our program includes: Saving Strategies, Money Management, etc.

  • We provide digital literacy training to help women use technology confidently. We also teach safe money transfer methods, especially for tribal women, to ensure secure transactions. Our aim is to empower women with the skills they need to handle digital finances safely.

  • Marketing assistance for promoting products and connecting women with buyers and marketplaces

Tribal Adolescent Girls’ Development Programme
